UPSC aspirant attempts suicide in Delhi

A 23-year-old man, studying for Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examination, allegedly attempted suicide by jumping in front of the metro at Karol Bagh station on Monday morning.

The police said that the information was received by the Station Controller around 9:30 a.m. “He suddenly jumped but the train operator timely applied brakes and the man was saved,” said Deputy Commissioner of Police (Metro) Deepak Gauri.
